Effective ways to support your health and wellbeing in 2026

£7.00

Come join Somerset Business Mums for our first networking session of the year on Tuesday 13 January, from 10-12noon at Mad Swans.

To kick start 2026 we have invited Health & Mindset Coach Lydia Lambert as our guest speaker. Her short, supportive talk is aimed at busy women and mums who are feeling overwhelmed by health “rules” and pressure after Christmas. Lydia will explore why rigid resolutions and all-or-nothing approaches so often don’t work - especially when we’re tired, stressed, and juggling a lot - and what works better instead. She’ll introduce a kinder, more realistic way to approach health through intentions rather than restrictions, focusing on simple, nourishing habits that support energy, balance, and wellbeing without adding more to your mental load. Expect reassurance, relatability, and practical takeaways you can actually fit and apply into real life.

Due to recent funding from MUSE, we are able to offer one last session to a heavily discounted price of £7, to make the event affordable and inclusive to all.

Venue: Mad Swans, Marsh Lane, Bristol BS39 6TS (it is in the location of what used to be Farrington Park)

Time: 10am-12noon
